MISSION

The mission of the Nigeria Diaspora Doctors Association (NDDA) is to unite and empower Nigerian doctors living and working abroad, fostering a collaborative and supportive community dedicated to advancing healthcare excellence in Nigeria and beyond.

 

Our mission encompasses:

 

  1. Professional Development: To provide continuous learning opportunities, resources, and a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ensuring our members stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  2. Scientific Exchange: To facilitate and promote collaborative research, scholarly activities, and scientific exchange among our members, contributing to advancements in medical science and technology.
  3. Public Health Initiatives: To actively engage in projects and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of public health in Nigeria, supporting healthcare infrastructure, disease prevention, and health education.
  4. Advocacy for Health Policies: To advocate for policies that enhance the healthcare system in Nigeria, working collaboratively with governmental and non-governmental organizations to address challenges and promote positive change.
  5. Medical Education Enhancement: To support and enhance medical education in Nigeria by collaborating with educational institutions, offering scholarships, and advocating for the recognition of international qualifications.
  6. Unity and Collaboration: To foster unity among Nigerian diaspora doctors, encouraging collaboration, mutual support, and networking opportunities that strengthen the bonds of our community.
  7. Positive Impact: To make a positive impact on healthcare both within our host countries and in Nigeria, leveraging the skills, expertise, and influence of our members to contribute meaningfully to global health challenges.
